Since 2019, we have gained experience and success in detecting bed bugs, training detection dog teams in Europe, and collaborating with pest control professionals.
From 5-star hotels to private households, truck fleets, alpine club huts, and homeless shelters - we've done it all.
BED BUG DETECTION DOGS
Yes, that’s correct! Our dogs are trained to search for living bed bugs and alert their handlers. The dogs are specifically trained to only search for and find live bugs while ignoring dead bugs (such as those that have been exterminated), their fecal matter, and their shed skins.
This allows us to handle a variety of inquiries
- If there is a suspicion of bed bug infestation
- To exclude further rooms in case of clear infestation
- Preventive searches during offseasons or after international travels.
- For reinspection after professional eradication.
PROCESS
Do you need a team to check if you have a bed bug infestation and determine its location?
Upon contacting us, we will provide you with an offer and agree on a prompt appointment upon acceptance. At least one of our certified teams will come to your location, conduct a joint survey of the rooms or vehicles to be searched, and get started. If our dogs find bed bugs, upon your request, we will forward the information and documentation sheets to our partners in pest control or your existing pest control partner.
ABOUT DETECTIVE DOGS
Our dogs are capable of detecting bed bug infestation that is undetectable to the human eye. Don’t worry, bed bug infestations have nothing to do with cleanliness or hygiene. So there’s no need to be ashamed, we discreetly and efficiently take care of them.
If our dogs find bed bugs, we can, upon your request, provide information and documentation to our partners in pest control or your existing pest control partner.
